Team Plus Consulting is established by M Saji George, a management consultant with 28 years of managerial experience of which 10 years had been with consulting houses in Cochin and Kuwait along with Dr. Nat Sekouti, a prominent economist and management expert who was the chief economic advisor for the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce prior to this engagement with a standing of 38 years experience behind. Complimenting the team is Dr. PKM Nambiar, a chemical engineer with a doctoral degree in Management and Ms. Savitha chaudhary, an ISO Lead Auditor and HR Systems Expert with more than 25 years experience to her credit.

Complimenting the core team are a couple of management professionals who work as market analysts, supervising a team of trained market researchers.
