Mr. Saji George Mulamoottil is the founder and the senior management consultant of Team Plus Consulting Company. Over 28 years of work experience in the field of management, marketing and consulting, supported with formal education and training in various avenues in management with a focus in marketing management and consulting.

Higher education includes MBA with double specialization in marketing and personnel management, from SIBER, India. He also holds memberships and fellow positions at various professional organizations and associations related to the field of specialization including the Institute of Management Consultants.

His career started off as a branch manager in Njoro Valley Cheese Company Pvt Ltd, Nakuru, Kenya, moved on to buy into an industrial company – A.G. Industries Pvt Ltd. – in India and successfully turned it into a profitable enterprise, working as the full time Director of the company. From there, he moved to an engineering service provider company in KSA for a short spell as the manager in charge for performance.

Later, he joined Modern Group as the Vice President in charge of marketing. He later set up a management consulting firm – Turnaround Consultants – in Cochin, India. He was on the Board of Directors with Styler Media Technics Pvt. Ltd.,India. In Kuwait he was a Business Manager and the Sr. Management Consultant with Sahireya Group from 1981 till he joined Gulf Excellence Consultancy Co as its General Manager and Sr.Management Consultant, where he was in to designing direct investment opportunities, developing feasibility studies and appraising detailed project reports. His professional expertise extends to Customized Project Designing and Implementing on turnkey basis, System reengineering, Marketing, Branding and Turnaround solutions for companies.

Dr. Nambiar holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Doctorate in Business Management from Southern California University, USA. He has diversified experience over forty years, covering Process Engineering, Manufacturing of Chemicals and Radio Isotopes, Technical Services, Contracts-Administration, General Management Covering Imports, Exports, Trading, Materials Management and Purchasing, Production etc. Dr. Nambiar is a Techno-Commercial Expert and a Consultant.

Industries Exposure: Petrochemicals, Dyestuff and Intermediates, Nuclear Reactor, Power and Telecommunication Cables Manufacturing, Trading & Technical Services, etc.

Ms. Savitha Chaudhary – MBA, IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (QMS 200), EMS Lead Auditor (QMS 2000)

Ms. Savitha Chaudhary holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and possesses various certifications such as: IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (QMS 2000), EMS Lead Auditor (ISO 14001) and Company Security Officer (ISPS Code). She is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

She began her career in India as General Manager, JRC Grid Engineers Pvt. Ltd., and later moved to Kuwait where she held positions such as Business Development Manager, Sammari Computer Center, Kuwait, and Instructor, National Institute, Kuwait. She brings with her 7 years of experience as a Freelance management systems consultant with a backing of 9 yrs of senior management experience (8 yrs in India and 1 yr in Kuwait).

Some of her project accomplishments in Kuwait are as follows:

Development of HR Policies, procedures and forms for Al Ahlia Investment Company and for Gulf Invest International; Design and development of management system as per ISO 9001:2000 for Ali Alghanim & Sons Trading and Contracting Group Co: Civil, Mechanical & Telecom & Dewatering Divisions; Provided consultancy services to HRD Group, Burgan Bank, Kuwait, for design and development of the HR policies, procedures and forms; Development and implementation of safety management system as per ISM Code for SAG Roads and Bridges Contracting Co.
